Creating your account

Sign up

Go to app.revnox.com/signup and enter your work email address. Use your company domain email, this helps Revnox identify your company context and prevents issues later with team invites.

Click Continue and check your inbox for a verification email. The link expires in 24 hours.

Verify your email

Click the verification link in the email. If you don't see it within 2 minutes, check your spam folder or click Resend on the signup page.

Create your workspace

After verification, you'll be prompted to create a workspace:

Workspace name: Usually your company name (e.g., "Acme Corp"). This appears in shared views for teammates.

Your role: Helps Revnox tailor onboarding recommendations.

Team size: Used to suggest appropriate plan tier.

Complete your profile

Add your name and, optionally, your profile photo. These appear in campaign attribution and team activity views.

Invite teammates

Go to Settings > Team and click Invite. Enter email addresses for each teammate. They'll receive an invite email and land directly in your workspace when they sign up.

Roles available:

• Admin: Full access including billing and settings
• Member: Can create and manage campaigns, watchlists, and leads
• Viewer: Read-only access to all data (useful for managers reviewing pipeline)
