Creating watchlists

What is a watchlist?

A watchlist is a list of companies you want Revnox to monitor. Every few hours, our signal collectors scan these companies for buying signals, funding rounds, job openings, LinkedIn posts, tech stack changes, and more.

Creating your first watchlist

Step 1: Name it

Go to Settings > Watchlists and click Create Watchlist. Give it a descriptive name like "YC W25 Batch" or "Series A SaaS".

Step 2: Add company domains

Enter one domain per line:

• vercel.com
• linear.app
• posthog.com

Start with 10-25 companies. You can always add more.

Step 3: Choose signal types

By default all signal types are enabled. If you only care about funding and hiring, uncheck the rest to reduce noise.

Step 4: Set frequency

• Every 6 hours: recommended for hot prospects
• Daily: good for larger watchlists
• Weekly: for broad market monitoring

Step 5: Save and run

Click save, then "Run now" to trigger an immediate scan. Your first signals should appear within 5-10 minutes.
