Funding signals (strength: 80-95)

Hiring signals (strength: 60-85)

Executive & org signals (strength: 70-90)

Product & market signals (strength: 50-75)
- Product launch: New product = new customer acquisition need
- Pivot announcement: Often accompanied by fresh GTM motion

- Tool removed: Dissatisfied with old solution; actively evaluating
Social & content signals (strength: 40-70)
- CEO/founder post: Referenced a pain point you solve
- Competitor complaint: Actively unhappy with alternative
Strength ranges explained
Strength 80-100: act within days. Strength 50-79: act within 2 weeks. Below 50: context only, don't lead with a stale signal.
