When a lead replies to a campaign email, Revnox automatically reads the reply and classifies it into one of five categories. This stops the sequence for that lead and routes them appropriately.
The lead expressed curiosity, asked a question, or agreed to a meeting. Revnox stops the sequence and moves the lead to your CRM pipeline (if connected). You're notified immediately.
Examples: "Yes, I'd love to learn more.", "Can we schedule a call?", "Send me the pricing."The lead explicitly declined. Sequence stops; lead marked as "Not interested" and suppressed from future campaigns.
Examples: "We're not looking for this right now.", "Please remove me from your list." (also triggers unsubscribe)Auto-reply detected. Sequence pauses and resumes after the date mentioned in the reply (or 5 business days if no date is found).
Examples: OOO auto-replies with return dates. The email bounced hard (invalid address) or soft (mailbox full after 3 soft bounces). The contact is marked undeliverable and removed from the campaign.
Any reply containing "unsubscribe", "remove me", or equivalent language. The contact is permanently added to your suppression list and will never receive another Revnox email.
If classification is wrong, which happens occasionally with ambiguous replies, open the reply in Campaigns > Replies and manually change the classification. This also trains the model over time.
Configure reply notifications in Settings > Notifications. "Interested" replies can trigger Slack, email, or browser notifications.
